I would like to open up the floor to discuss places to meet for the winter. We need somewhere centralized for the group. We have members from 30 minutes into the Mountains west of Ft. Collins to Greeley. If I am not mistaken that would put Harmony rd. in south Ft. Collins somewhere in the half way point. We have had talk about meeting at Hooters but it is not very “family friendly”. The best place would be a venue that was easy come and go where they didn't care if you bought something or not and where we didn’t have waitresses trying to make a living while we tie up a table for 2 hours or so. Mark and I talked tonight at the monthly meeting and decided to put up this post and see what venues come up. So chime in and then all members will vote Wed. October 13th at the next monthly meeting at Avo's. If you are not going to make it post it on this forum as your vote.

Fast food places fill that bill fairley well. No waitress, no time limit, but they can be busy. When I look at the map of Harmony road starting at I-25 and moving West, there are several places that could work. Qudoba on Council tree, (near Target) has a front and back entrance. no one parks out back, could fill it up with cars.

Next one going west is just before the railroad tracks on the south side, Taco del mar. Lots of tables to move around, lots of parking right on Harmony(exposure). Just need to see if its still there.

Last would be Jacksons in the Sams club complex, but then we get into waitesses.

I would still like to put in a possible loveland site, eventhough it will take some further investigation.
