Dub Roast 2010 – Great Show to start out our year.
Thank You Split Window Syndicate, Painters Grinding, and Joe’s Cool Cars for putting on a great show to start out our year. We only had a half a dozen rain drops fall on us on the way down and at the show. So what a beautiful day we ended up with. It was good to see some old faces and to meet a bunch of new faces. As a club we had a hard couple weeks getting things together. We wanted to show up strong but it just didn’t happen. We had 3 VW’s down for one reason or another. One member sick and another out of town. But hey that is the way it goes sometimes. I want to give a BIG shout out to Rusty and Dewayne for representing in their VW’s at the show! Dub Roast April 24 2010 : Everyone in the Fort Collins area is meeting at the I25 and 402 park and ride. . We will be leaving there @9am
The 402 east to evans is the first exit south of HWY 34 as you go S on I 25. The park and ride is on the SW side of the exit.
Once we get to Greeley/Evans, we will go S on 85 until it joins with I 76. Continue W on 76 until it merges with I 25, Stay in the far Right hand lane to S on I 25. Take I 25 to Alameda. Exit R and make an immediate Left onto S Platte River Dr. About a half a block down there is a parking lot we can catch up with everyone in. Painters is just down the around the corner on Jason street.

We had a great turn out for our monthly meeting and had alot going on all night.
We now have a voluntary membership. Read under our “Members” tab at the top for info.
If you have a business and would like to be a sponsor or if you have talked to a business and they would like to be a sponsor and give our club members a 10% discount let me know and I will add them to our list of sponsors on this website.
We have put our camping trip on hold for now but we will be having one within a few months.
Our next Monthly meeting will be Wednesday May 12 6:30pm at City park. We will be meeting on the south side of the lake in between the lake and the fields. Turn off of Mulberry, turning into the park. We will have a grill so bring what you want to eat and you can grill it up. I am planning on getting there early, like 5pm and bring the family, Frisbee, dogs, etc. So show up when you can, earlier or later.
Dub Roast April 24 2010 : Everyone in the Fort Collins area is meeting at the I25 and 402 park and ride. This is on the south side of Loveland. We will be leaving there @9am Traveling across 402 into Evens and meeting up with the Greeley folk at the 402 – 85 junction. From there we will run down 85 to Denver meeting up at ( to be announced ) to all gather up before we pull into the meet together.

Spring is here and it is time to dust off the VW’s, change the oil, adjust the valves and bring them and you out of hibernation. WE would love to have a big turnout this month. We have lots to discuss and many plans to make……Shows, Camping trip, updates and Rusty should have our shirts. I talked to him this week and he said they were in and ready for pickup. These are just in time for the SHOW ON THE 24th.
